Delete your Perform Loop account

1. Request account deletion

1. Open the secure deletion route

   Use the button below. The public route does not look up or display account data while you are signed out.

2. Sign in to the account

   Authenticate with the account you want to delete. Do not send us a password, access token or private photo.

3. Complete the security check

   Open Account & Security, choose Delete account, and complete recent authentication when requested.

4. Confirm the permanent request

   When prompted, type DELETE and submit. Perform Loop reports failure or cleanup-pending states instead of claiming completion early.

2. What the request removes

• Your Perform Loop authentication account and active sessions.
• Your synced profile, preferences and onboarding state.
• Your personal exercises, programs, diet plans and active-plan selections.
• Your meals and nutrition analyses, meal occurrences, schedules, workout sessions and exercise outcomes.
• Your measurements and saved AI progress-insight reports.
• Your private meal and progress photos, thumbnails and account-owned media metadata.
• Your account-scoped server records, change history and pending mutations.

Shared curated catalog content is not account-owned and remains in the service. A limited content-free deletion-operation receipt can remain briefly so the client can confirm completion, as described in the Privacy Policy: Retention and deletion

3. Data that is separate

Cloud account deletion does not automatically remove:

• a no-account local workspace stored on this or another device or browser;
• bounded cache files still present on an offline device until the app can perform local cleanup;
• plain-text ZIP backups or other exports you downloaded and control;
• device or platform backups controlled by you or the operating-system provider; or
• copies you independently shared outside Perform Loop.

Remove those copies using the relevant app, browser, file, device or backup controls. Signing out or choosing Return to welcome is not the same as deleting a local workspace or cloud account.

4. How deletion completes

Deletion first freezes new account-cache writes. The server then removes the private account graph and account-owned storage objects before removing the authentication identity. The operation uses a random receipt identifier and can safely resume if a network response is interrupted. A pending claim remains a write fence until cleanup succeeds.

Completion is normally reported in the app. Large media cleanup, provider interruption or an offline client can delay the final state. Restricted provider backups may age out later under provider backup cycles, and narrowly limited records may remain when required by law, security, fraud prevention or legal claims; they are not available as an active Perform Loop account. 5. If you cannot access the account

First use the password-recovery or provider sign-in option at app.performloop.com. If you still cannot access the account, contact support. We will need to verify that you control the account before acting.
