The whole routine

Three parts.
One source of truth.

Perform Loop connects the plan, the daily action, and the result. Each area remains useful on its own; together they explain what your week is actually doing.

01 / Train

Build the work.

Create personal exercises and structured programs, activate one plan, follow dated sessions, and record outcomes exercise by exercise.

  • Curated and personal exercises
  • Program templates and custom sessions
  • Workout history with snapshots
02 / Eat

Keep food practical.

Shape diet plans, log meals and nutrition, connect a plan to training when useful, and choose whether a meal photo ever reaches AI.

  • Versioned personal diet plans
  • Photo-less or photo-first meals
  • Editable nutrition estimates
03 / Track

See what changed.

Review dated measurements, private progress photos, nutrition history, and explicitly generated insights without turning estimates into facts.

  • Measurement trends
  • Front, side, and back photo history
  • Permissioned progress insights

What is inside

Enough structure to stay useful.
Enough control to stay yours.

01

Exercise library

Search curated movements, filter by body area and purpose, and keep personal exercises separate from the built-in catalog.

02

Programs that stay editable

Build a program from scratch or a template, then shape its days, sessions, exercises, sets, reps, rest, tempo, and notes.

03

A practical daily rhythm

Turn active training and diet plans into a dated schedule, then record completed workouts and exercise outcomes without losing history.

04

Diet plans and meal cycles

Create flexible meal plans, connect them to training programs when useful, and move through multi-day diet cycles in calendar order.

05

Meal records and nutrition

Log meals with or without a photo, keep nutrition totals and assumptions, and optionally ask an AI ensemble for a reviewable estimate.

06

Measurements that show change

Record weight, body-fat, waist, and other measurements as dated entries with trends that stay tied to your private account or local workspace.

07

Private progress photos

Capture front, side, and back views, browse a lazy paged history, and keep account photos behind private object access and owner checks.

Optional AI progress insights

Choose measurements, progress photos, both, or neither. Nothing runs automatically; insight generation starts only when you press the button.

Local mode and cross-device accounts

Start without an account, or use a private cloud workspace. Moving between them requires an explicit choice and a verified safety backup.

Built around real use

From intention to evidence.

Defaults wait for your data. Schedules follow hydrated plans. Offline work waits in an owner-scoped queue. Cross-device changes return through versioned records instead of replacing an entire library.

Start your loop
  1. 01
    Choose your workspace

Begin locally without an account, or sign in for a private synchronized workspace.

  2. 02
    Make the plan yours

Use curated starting points or build personal exercises, programs, and diet plans.

  3. 03
    Record the day

Complete sessions, log meals, add measurements, and capture only the photos you choose.

  4. 04
    Review, adjust, repeat

Look for useful trends, resolve conflicts explicitly, and let the next day continue the loop.

Private by boundary

Your fitness data is not an ad profile.

The current product contains no advertising SDK and no general product-analytics SDK. Account rows, object keys, caches, and queued changes are scoped to the authenticated user.

Read the Privacy Policy
Owner checks

Private account boundaries

Database policies and private object access deny another account, even when a client supplies the wrong owner ID.

Explicit action

AI does not run in the background

Meal analysis requires a send action. Progress insights require separate source permissions and a Generate action.

No silent merge

Local data stays separate

Connecting an account opens a comparison gate. Replacement waits for your choice and a verified ZIP safety checkpoint.

Recoverable delete

Deletion is a durable operation

Account deletion freezes writes, retries interrupted cleanup, removes private objects, and does not claim success before the server confirms it.

Optional AI

You decide when data leaves the loop.

AI features are optional. The backend—not the app—holds provider settings and sends bounded data to administrator-configured Ollama Cloud models only after the required user action.

  • Meal photos: send only when you choose analysis; review and edit the returned nutrition estimate.
  • Progress insights: enable measurements and progress photos independently, then press Generate.
  • Minimized context: progress requests exclude your name, email, account IDs, check-in notes, photo notes, file names, and object keys.

[*] No medical role: outputs may be wrong and are never a diagnosis, prescription, or emergency service.

Straight answers

Before you begin.

Product behavior matters more than slogans. These answers describe the current design; the legal pages define the terms and privacy details.

01What is Perform Loop?

Perform Loop is a fitness planning and tracking app for workouts, exercises, diet plans, meals, measurements, progress photos, and completed training history. It is designed to keep those pieces in one understandable daily rhythm.

02Do I need an account?

No. You can begin in a device-local workspace. An account adds private cloud storage and cross-device synchronization. Local and account data are not silently merged; you choose which source to keep before replacement.

03Does it work offline?

Native clients keep an account-scoped cache and durable queues for supported writes and uploads. They retry after connectivity returns. Browser storage is more quota-dependent, and no offline or synchronization system is guaranteed to preserve every record.

04Does Perform Loop send my data to AI automatically?

No. Meal-photo analysis follows an explicit send action. Progress insights require independent source permissions and an explicit Generate action. You can use the rest of the product without enabling AI sharing.

05Is Perform Loop medical advice?

No. Perform Loop is a general fitness organization tool, not a medical service, diagnosis, treatment plan, or emergency resource. Nutrition estimates and AI output can be incomplete or wrong.

06Where are account photos stored?

Account meal and progress photos use private cloud object storage with owner-scoped metadata and access checks. Native devices may retain recoverable upload sources and bounded caches so interrupted work can retry.

07Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Account & Security includes account deletion with recent authentication when required. A public deletion-help page is also available from this website. Device-local workspaces and user-managed ZIP backups are separate and must be removed separately.

08Which platforms and languages are supported?

The client targets iOS, Android, and Web. The current product interface and user-facing AI output support English, Spanish, Chinese, and Arabic, with English as the fallback for missing messages.
